After countless heated discussions, food tastings that closely led to many a riot and a whole lot of plain hard work, HomeGourmet is very proud to announce the family’s new-born: our Autumn-Winter catering catalogue!
The headline has to be the addition of a full page dedicated to Live Cookings, where oven-cooked prime ribs, molecular fondues or whisky-flambées giant shrimps dish it out (pun intended) to win your favour. Manned by a HomeGourmet Chef, these Live Cooking Stations are intended to make both eyes and tummies go “WHOOOOAAAAAH”, and are great complements to cocktail parties.
We’ve also completely re-vamped our wine list, added cocktail bars, and came up with exclusive partnerships: have lunch on a cruise on the full-scale replica of a Roman galley, dinner in a hot-air balloon, and be the star of your very own Master Chef challenge in between, all with the same caterer: us!
It really wouldn’t be fair to end this announcement without a grateful good-bye to our retiring Spring-Summer catalogue, whose legacy shall live on through the same local producers, seasonal menu items, and of course the unwavering passion of the Chefs who came up with it.
