Roar like a lion, eat like a king!

Yesterday at Malley 2.0, hockey fans enjoyed a breath-taking episode of the long-lasting rivalry between Lausanne and Genève-Servette. The show was certainly on the ice (8-4) but also on the tables of the VIP restaurant and lounge. Our chefs took the « Very Interesting People » on a culinary journey with stops in the South of France and in the United States: tomato tabbouleh, grilled vegetables and prawns, potted duck thighs, hash brown potatoes with nut and leek flan and the final touch, a pumpkin and Oreo cheesecake.

Next to the impeccably laid tables of the restaurant, some 300 enthusiastic and hungry fans shared cheese and cold meats plates, a siphon fondue and homemade focaccia or burgers, all made with passion.
